Sergio Lozano was born and raised in the border town of Laredo, Texas, where he learned early on the importance of service, integrity, and standing up for others. Inspired by his family’s commitment to the community, Sergio knew from a young age that he wanted to become an attorney and advocate for those who need it most.

Sergio attended St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, where he pursued his undergraduate studies while actively volunteering with displaced immigrants and at-risk youth. His dedication to academics and public service earned him recognition as the Outstanding Criminal Justice Student in his graduating class.

He went on to attend St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he was selected for the prestigious Clinical Program. As a student attorney, Sergio gained hands-on courtroom and client advocacy experience, guiding individuals through the legal system and building a strong foundation for trial-level representation.

Sergio began his legal career at the Webb County District Attorney’s Office, where he quickly distinguished himself and was promoted to Chief Prosecutor. During his tenure, he successfully litigated numerous high-profile cases and secured favorable jury verdicts. After nearly a decade of public service, Sergio returned to his roots and founded the Law Office of Sergio Lozano, PLLC, where he has since helped clear hundreds of clients of criminal charges and recovered millions of dollars for injured individuals across South Texas.

Today, Sergio brings the same passion, experience, and commitment to every case—treating each client with respect, honesty, and the personal attention they deserve.
